Crane Booms

The boom is probably the crane’s most outstanding and identifiable feature – this is the long, telescopic or fixed arm that is used to move objects. Lifting up from just behind the operator's cab, the boom is the essential piece of a crane, allowing the machine to lift loads to heights of several hundred feet. We offer a wide selection of boom truck cranes, all terrain cranes, articulating cranes, rough terrain cranes and crawler cranes.

Crane boom Lattice type can be supplied directly from OE manufacturers with test certificates. All types of new as well as second hand lattice boom section can be supplied for Liebherr, Demag, Manitowoc, American-Hoist, Kobelco, Hitachi , Sumitomo & Chinese Cranes , etc.

Main Boom sections, bottom section, top section, A frame, Jib section can be made available against order.

Heavy Hydraulic Cylinders

SSS LLP will work closely with you to meet your cylinder remanufacturing, repair and overhaul requirements. Extensive engineering and design capabilities, combined with hands-on experience, enable us to restore hydraulic cylinders to prime working condition at a lower cost.

Complete assembly of the hydraulic cyliders along with the loose parts such as outer pre-honed tubes , pre-plated piston rods and various types of seals / seal kits can be made available as per dimensions given.

Hook Blocks

Crane blocks are supplied in an endless number of variations. Standard crane blocks include blocks with single action hook (rotating only) or dual action hook (rotating and swinging), single sheave to 6 sheaves, single point hook or ramhon hook, heavy and light weight.

Slew Ring Repair

Premature failure is a common fate for large-diameter bearings in heavy-duty applications where rotations are frequent. In big rotating equipment such as cranes, excavators and tunnel boring machines, a slewing ring bearing must simultaneously handle a complex load spectrum that covers diverse combinations of thrust, radial and tilting moment loading.

Fortunately, there's an easy way to protect your investment in these custom-engineered bearings. It's called regular maintenance, and it can prevent 96% of slewing ring bearing failures.

We can supply slew rings in both varieties internal gear or external gear in single row, double row and triplex row bearings. Also we do undertake repairs of old slew rings directly from manufacturer as well as from local vendor. We repair bearings as small as 1.5m and as large as 5m diameter.

We can provide you repairs/overhauling of ZF transmission directly from service centers.
